After retiring from the Air Force, I knew I wanted my next chapter to be about helping people right here in our community. The idea for I Jog With Your Dog actually started with my own pup, Golden. Walking just wasn’t cutting it for him, so we hit the trails together. Over the years, as Golden and I logged countless miles, I noticed how many of my neighbors were struggling to do the same. Between demanding work hours, keeping up with family, recovering from injuries, or just flat-out hating to run, so many people want the best for their dogs but simply run out of hours in the day. It just made sense for me to step in and help.
To me, running has never been just a hobby—it’s a commitment. It’s a personal dedication that has built my endurance and carried me across the finish lines of 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and full marathons. Now, I’m bringing that exact same work ethic, energy, and focused care straight to your best friend.
I’ve spent years running with dogs of all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. Through all those miles, I’ve learned how to read a dog’s body language, pace them properly, and keep them completely safe on the move. When your dog runs with me, they aren’t just getting exercise; they’re getting a dedicated partner who genuinely cares about their happiness and well-being every single step of the way.
